  • Dear Gareth and Sarah,

    Just a quick note to say thank you as we had a great time staying in the Milou Apartment at Chantemerle last week. I thought the resort was really pretty, the skiing was really varied and great, and the flat was just what we needed. Do you just have apartments in Serre Chevalier or do you have places to rent in other resorts, as we would be interested with booking with you in the future.

  • Hi Gareth,

    Sorry for not contacting sooner. In the end we left Chantemerle on Friday lunchtime after being unsuccessful in getting the car repaired (left the keys with Matthew as discussed ), they were unable to do anything after diagnosing the problem, before Monday, so we travelled all the way home on 5 cylinders rather than 6.We had a lovely week in the area and really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. May well be in contact again as my husband and sons are into cycling and loved the challenge of some of the rides out there!

    Just thought I’d let you know that we all had a great time in Serre Chevalier, the apartment was just right and the location was great.The ski rental guys were one of the highlights of the week, would definitely recommend them to anybody going to the resort.

    Just to let you know that we had an excellent time in Chantemerle and were particularly impressed with the apartments.They were very comfortable, well equipped and their location near the ski lifts was excellent.We are very keen to use them again next year probably in the February half term. Please let me know when you advertise next year’s prices and availability.

    Just dropping you a mail to let you know that everyone enjoyed their stay in snowmonkees. we found the accommodation very comfortable and centrally located. We had a great week of skiing at a lovely resort too. I will definitely go back to there and look forward to renting from you again, as much for the quality of lodgings as for the ease of dealing with yourself and kate. i hope kate found the place suitably clean etc. I think we left the place in the way we found it.

    Firstly just to say that we had a really great week in Chantemerle.The apartment is cosy, but well kitted out and certainly fit for purpose and in a lovely part of the village.It’s a fantastic resort – probably the best ski-ing we’ve had as a family.The ski rental guys were really great – my youngest changed her boots about 5 times and they were SO patient!

    Ski Evasion was also a good recommendation for ski lessons, but couldn’t offer a group boarding lesson due to numbers at that time.

    First and foremost, thank you for your help and understanding in organising my ski holiday this year,Despite 10 out of the 12 either being injured or falling sick at some point during the week (!), we all had an amazing time and

    would recommend SnowMonkees to any of our friends.

    The accommodation was tidy, and there was plenty of space for all of us to chill out after a hard days ski.

    We got really lucky with the weather and skiing was top drawer at the top of the mountains with fresh powder pretty much every day.

    Late yesterday evening we returned from our stay in residence Milou, appartment 301. We enjoyed our stay very much!
    The apartment is very nice and well equipped. Shops and ski lifts are very nearby. There was more than enough snow, so we had a wonderful time.Thank you for your kind answer.

    We appreciate it very much. By the way, we visited Serre Chevalier for at least eight times already. It is our favourite destination for wintersport, and we hope to come back.You may quote our comments on your website if you like.

    Just a quick e- mail to say thanks we had a great holiday, apartment was in a great spot.
    We used ski experience and they looked after us really well and the kids enjoyed their lessons.
    We took them skiing on blue runs by the end of the week which I didn’t expect to do!! Hope this feedback is of use to you.

    A quick note to thank you for fantastic spacious accommodation and facilities, Gail was very helpful.We managed seven people in the end, but achieved the aim and had very good two weeks skiing. 

    Once again thank you, I have passed you details on to the Army Medical Services Ski Club, we are holding our ski meet in Serre Chevalier for the next three seasons.
